What We Do

B.L.O.C.K Party

A weekly hangout where teens come for fun, food, and faith. With music, games, and real conversations, it’s a safe place for teens to have fun without compromising their values—and every night points to Jesus.

The B.L.O.C.K Party is where connection begins. It’s a natural starting point for building connections between youth and mentors, creating relationships that continue through life-on-life discipleship beyond the four walls.

Who can attend: middle and high school students

When: Tuesday Nights 5:30 – 8PM

Life-on-Life Discipleship

Every teen is matched with a trained adult discipler who walks with them through life—helping them grow in faith.

Mentors check in with youth throughout the week, hangout with their mentees, connect at BLOCK Parties, and model what it means to love, follow, and share Jesus.

Peer Mentorship & Teen Leadership

After demonstrating growth and receiving consistent mentorship, teens are invited into leadership. They are trained to mentor younger peers, build positive relationships, and serve their community with confidence.

Why it matters: Our 2024 research partnership with Baylor College of Medicine confirmed what we’ve seen for years—peer mentorship boosts confidence, strengthens mental health, and unlocks leadership potential. Teens gain practical experience in guiding others, developing healthy coping skills, and stepping into roles of responsibility. Peer mentorship creates a training ground for young people to grow as leaders with purpose and resilience.
